Cancellation & No-Show Policy

When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are charged the full session fee.

- No-shows (arriving 15 minutes late without notice) are billed in full, including any studio rental costs.

- Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to studio availability.

- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten the available shoot time.

- Unpaid invoices past the due date incur late fees and pause delivery of final images until the balance is cleared.

- A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

- Sessions are not confirmed without this payment.
